What is IPTV and how does it work on my TV set?
GDBTV is one of the largest Internet Protocol Television networks available for home television viewing. IPTV is TV to TV using standard broadband connections thus making it possible for 93% of the world's broadband users to receive its streams. Using IPTV and Microsoft Windows Media Player, the video stream is delivered to your home television over any broadband internet connection. This means that if you already have a high-speed internet connection, such as DSL or cable, you're probably ready to go.
Are there any minimum requirements?
A broadband internet connection (DSL or cable with a 1Mb minimum download speed), a modern television with video inputs/SCART or similar. By adding GDB's set top box all the functions normally viewed on a PC will be viewed on your TV without complicated browsers.
Can I browse the internet with my TV ?
Yes, using the web or browse button on your set top box remote control you are presented with an address bar where you can type in web addresses. You can either use the optional infrared keyboard or the text facility on the remote control.
